Challenges pertaining to peritoneal dialysis practice in Latin America: a dialogue between nurses and doctors

The session will discuss the obstacles of practicing PD in different areas of Latin-america and how doctors and nurses should collaborate to improve the well-being of people with PD in the region.

The panel will discuss cases of success and the difficulties faced by nurses and doctors, followed by questions from the audience. The participants in the round table discussion will be a mix of nurses and doctors, young and experienced, from the Latin American region.
