Tara I. Chang, MD, MS, is Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Nephrology at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, CA. In addition to seeing patients with all types of kidney disease and difficult-to-treat hypertension, Dr. Chang maintains an clinical research program that focuses on improving cardiovascular outcomes among patients with chronic kidney disease. She is a Deputy Editor for the American Journal of Kidney Diseases, and served as a member of the KDIGO Executive Committee and Blood Pressure in CKD Guidelines committee.
